Safety is not just a slogan at Peak Completion Technologies, it is the way we do business. With our goal of an accident free workplace, each employee and manager is an integral part of our HSE program.

From our on site access to health and safety support and information, to the benefits program in which each employee is enrolled, our HSE Program is adhered to by everyone at Peak Completion Technologies.

As a member of United Healthcare, each employee is assured proper medical attention at any time. Our family, dental and vision care programs provide additional coverage for those specialized needs.

While our managers are closely involved with all of their employees, it is the expectation that all employees of Peak Completion Technologies practice safe work habits on the job at all times. With our commitment to a safe work environment, each employee has the right and the responsibility to refuse to work in any unsafe condition and to stop work at any time in order to resolve the issue.

Safety in the office, the shop, on the road and in the field is necessary to get the job done and to send everyone safely home at the end of the day. Current education and training is provided during initial orientation followed by scheduled safety meetings and course re-certifications when they are due. Written policy/procedures, and safety manuals are required reading for each employee on hire. These manuals are available in each district and are kept up to date by the HSE program manager. Peak Completion Technologies is in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
